Help advice? Breasts

My breasts kinda feel kinda sore when you press medium pressure on it.

Background my boy friend and i had oral sex but we got really into it and kinda rub together our genitals .. it was just quick.. i was fertile that day with 22% of peegnancy. Its now been five days since we did it..

I have sort of tender breasts and somewhat wet yellowish discharge..

Ivw heard about spotting but theres no blood in my discharge .. i dont feel nauseus, or experience morning sick ness im a bit worried that i might be pregnant any advice?
