I have a grey and black one for my niece.  I personally love it as the foam fan part doesn't hurt (even to the face), it is easy and portable, somewhat lightweight, and battery powered.

Keep in mind you may need back up batteries if using the fan constantly.

I ordered one similar for my LO. We go to the pool a lot in the summer so I'm hoping this will be helpful
