I'm just soo worried I have really faint positives , I was bleeding a few days ago like  a few drops of bright red blood and than light brown spotting . I'm having uncomfortable cramps, sore breast started yesterday and nausea started today but I'm scared I'm having a chemical pregnancy or miscarriage . :(
