Distracted driving

Are you guilty of distracted driving? With technology so prevalent in today's society it's easy to be distracted, but do you maintaine your focus on the road when driving, or do you make calls and send text, eat, drink, fiddle with the radio ect.

Wondering about this since rates of wrecks and deaths on the road continue to rise. I also just read a news report of a lady receiving felony charges for using snapchat while driving and the person they hit was put in a comma with severe brain damage.
