Couple days ago I had spotting brown for 4 days no cramps or hurting or nun it has now slowed down in is going away I think I'm 6 weeks as of today but I'm having no symptoms I was having fatigue in sore breast that kinda faded away is this normal do symptoms come in go I have a lil cramping now but that's about it I go to my doctor on Thursday
