Do baby wipes expires or otherwise "go bad"?

Assuming they remain completely sealed and unopened, of course.

How many months is too early to start stocking them (and if buying off of someone else, take into account that person had them for a while after the company packed them)?

I don't think they do, unless kept in the sun. You're suppose to keep them in cool, dark areas otherwise they'll dry out in the pack! My SIL had her son 2 years ago and still has wipes from her diaper shower that she uses

Okay, so the date on this pack says mfg 08/07/15, which makes me assume that's when they were manufactured and not the expiration date. I googled this and I don't see anything about it on the Parent's Choice (Walmart brand) website. Does anyone know if this would be safe for use in February?

Update: I was looking at buying wipes second hand, and fortunately I asked the lady to check if they had an expiration date on them. She said it says 2015 on them! She also said she felt silly. I hope she doesn't try to sell them to someone else though. I might still take them for free or close to free and use them for cleaning the apartment.
