My baby has a rash on her neck like pimples..idk if is due to the heat?

Shes 3 months it looks like it comes and goes away.. I was wondering what can i use for it? If you been in this situation before

If not a heat rash it could be a drool rash if she's a drooler like my son

My son had horrible eczema, not sure if it's the same (it wasn't pimple like), but oils helped him heaps! Baby oil and eczema oil. Baby acne is normal, maybe just wash that specific area a few times a day and put something on it to keep it cleaned and moisturizer (like baby oil lotion).

If it's a newborn I've heard that it can get baby acne-looking like stuff. It's just from all the hormones from being inside of your body!
