Frequent urination

5 weeks 2 days today, and for about a week I've had to pee sooo much. I am drinking more water because it's been hot, but I'll go and then seriously have to go 15 minutes later. I even wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom, and I go right before bed and first thing in the morning. It was not this bad with my first born. This, bloating, and tender boobs are the only symptoms I have. I've had a couple waves of nausea, but they go away if I eat a little something.
