Do you use almond oil for perineum massage?
During my first pregnancy I was told to start massaging my perineum with almond oil so the skin will be more elastic during the labor. So I did but not sure it helped.
This time I bought a bottle, but haven't started to use it yet. Do you use it?Do you think it's useful?
