I have not used soft cup, but I use the diva cup. Having a menstual cup instead of using. Tampons or pads has totally changed my period. I love it, it's good for your body and good for the environment. I would reccomend the diva cup or giving one of these cups a try.

Very gross! It will pour blood all over your hands while you remove it.

Not healthy keeping it inside for very long!

It doesn't spill on your hands if you take it out carefully & correctly.

There are no known risks associate with it because there is not enough woman who have used it to have an appriopate sample size.

Honestly, I like them better than tampons because I can function at work easier on my period. I'm a journalist & an educator and I don't always have access to a bathroom when my period starts. I can put it in if I think my period might start that day and not ruin my underwear.

I've only used it for one cycle so far and it's a learning curve. I can't put it in sitting so I put it in laying down on my back. Also, I can't get it in when I'm dry and the cup is dry so I put a bit of lube on it.

I've heard better things about the diva cup but purchased the Softcup to see if I liked it first. There is a quiz I took that suggested the Lunette Cup but I can't find it in the stores in the USA.

I have. They're super messy. My bf and I tried one during sex on my period and it ended up breaking. Also pulling the soft cup out in general is a blood bath. I've heard excellent things about the Diva cup though so I think I'll try that soon.

I have. I found them to be very messy when you have to take them out. They weren't very convienent. But it may just be that I prefer tampons.
