Terrible cough affecting baby?
I've had a cough now for 6 days, it's terrible and gross, I can't talk, move, sleep without coughing and to make it worse I pee every time I have a coughing fit! I've taken what medicines I could but nothing has helped and I haven't been able to sleep more than an hour at a time with it leaving me exhausted but also achy. My throat, sides, chest, stomach all hurt from coughing so hard and so often. I've gone to a couple doctors since the whole thing started (originally had a fever etc) and have been told to just wait it out, that it doesn't look like strep, etc. I'm miserable with it but I worry about my baby. I'm 21 weeks and wondering if it is causing any stress on her? No one has checked on her although I can still feel movement when I'm not coughing. Worried it's affecting her ?? :(
