Update on M/C

So when I found out I was pregnant.. my levels was at 136.2 then only increased to 180 in two days..i had a miscarriage two days later but my levels only dropped to 160. I got another hcg check today & it increased to 315. My ob advice me to go to the ER. So i did. They didn't find a baby in the tubes or in my uterus. I have to go back Friday to get them checked again. The doctor said my body is either trying to catch up to the miscarriage or i had twins and lost one..I'm so stressed😭💔
