I have no idea as to what in the hell this is. I just started my period sunday night & yesterday i had a very heavy flow with unbearable cramps & today i had a medium flow with just discomfort. I went to rr & pulled my tampon out to see that. I have no idea what it is . Is it abnormal or what? Help!
