I smoke and drink and I know it's bad but...

So I drink occasionally and I smoke almost everyday and I wanted to know if anyone else has done this and still gotten pregnant. I know it's bad and I'm trying to stop because we want a second child. Has anyone gotten pregnant while smoking and drinking? (Not by accident)
