Air travel at 5w2d

I'm supposed to travel by plane this Saturday and then back a week later, and yesterday when I went to my doctors appointment she told me that flying isn't safe and can lead to mc. She couldn't tell me if it's ok or not for me presonally because it's too early but she made me really worried. I fly often and I'm ok with flying but I don't want to risk my baby. Do you ladies have any experience of flying so early in pregnancy? Do you think it's ok or not?
