Can I sleep on back ????

Question

Many of them advising me to sleep on left side. I tried sleeping by side. But the problem is I can't relax and I feel pain in my hips and back. I feel like am not sleeping. I wish I can sleep on back. And some of them are frightening me about Nuchal Cord twists risk at baby neck. Guys please tell me a solution.

Try sleeping with a pillow between your legs. Definitely helped me adjust to sleeping on my side and helped with hip and back pain.

In your first and second trimesters, you should be fine to sleep on your back, so long as you are comfortable. 
When your baby gets bigger/heavier, your uterus can cut off the blood supply to your legs, so it's recommended you get used to side sleeping early on. Sleeping on your left side can also help to alleviate reflux at night.

I spelted on my back my entire 1st pregnancy..I have a healthy 5 year old now...I'm currently pregnant imma still sleep on my back lol my sides are uncomfortable for me

It's not recommended because it can slow circulation to baby and to your legs in some woman. But, if you can get comfortable on your side's or with a pillow between your legs or cuddling some then you can. It's not so dangerous that you can't do it at least once in a while. Ive know quite a few of pregnant women that slept on their back their entire pregnancies and they had relatively no complications.

I have a wedge pillow I put between my knees which has helped my back so much when I am on my side, it's the only way I can sleep. I'm a back sleeper also, so I'm trying to retrain myself.

Depends on which side you feel comfortable! If you can sleep on your back then do! Only risk I heard was that the baby's weight is gonna push on the veins making blood not circulating properly!

Up until 16 weeks. Then it l goes downhill from there 😂😂😂😂
