Hey! Was just wondering if anyone else has experienced a sharp pain in the abdomen just before and during their period, it travels up my body and into my chest, through to my back! I have booked an appointment with my doctor for 2 weeks time to discuss it, but wondered if anyone had any ideas on the cause or tips to ease it slightly, thank you in advance! 😩
