Nexplanon and no period?

Ive had my implant for about 3 months now and havent had a period or anything? I always feel like i should be getting some typw of bleeding though, but nothing happens. 
Is it normal. Does anyone else have this problem?

They should have explained this to you !,
Some women get no periods for the time they have the implant in, some people get a lot of bleeding for the first six months, some people get regular monthly periods. What your going through is normal and don't worry

I've been having the same thing. I get the symptoms like I'm gonna start, but I don't bleed. And the symptoms last forever.
