Freaking out

Jayzlynn • I`m 24 years old and a mother to a little boy that was born September 15th 2016 name Elijah married now
So I'm doing my daily skin and body exam and discover a small lump on my right breast WHAT SHOULD I DO!? IM only 21 and pregnant with my first child!! 22 weeks along today should I be scared!? Can anybody tell me what to do!?
