Maybe cradle cap???????

Hello moms. I washed my son's hair last night and noticed it looked alittle white. So I gently combed it with the comb and flakes came up. Could it be cradle cap? If so what did you all do to handle this issue. Thanks

Looks like it. Baby, olive, or coconut oil which ever you prefer. Baby oil you don't have to wash off after.

I agree try coconut oil or just leave it be. It will run its course and be gone soon. Mine has had it for awhile. Pretty harmless to them but it's hard to pick at for me especially since I EBF and look at his head all day lol.

My pediatrician told me to put in olive oil or coconut oil 5 minutes before bath time then use a toddler brush on your finger nails to get it out

I wash my son's hair with Mustella shampoo and use a baby brush to rub his scalp. I just leave it alone, but I've heard that breastmilk helps a lot.

If you have any coconut oil you could rub that into the scalp.
