Could be 2

I have my first Dr's appointment yesterday and they did an ultra sound even though I'm really to early along to see anything. You could see the sac and the Dr said it looked like 2! Super excited and terrified after my last pregnancy ended at about 10 weeks. Hoping they keep developing and we get healthy babies this time. How do you guys ease yourselves through the first terrifying trimester especially when you had such a devastating loss recently?
