I can't get past the thought of losing this pregnancy and I'm only 5 weeks along. I've had a miscarriage and a chemical pregnancy. I have anxiety about other things, too, but it all comes and goes. My family doctor suggested that I think about getting on anxiety meds a couple years ago, but hasn't mentioned it since. I'm wondering if my doctor would put me on a low dose of anxiety meds... Are there any that are safe for pregnancy? Any suggestions or advice??
