Question

I have been experiencing bleeding since yesterday morning I had an ultrasound and it showed that the sac was still I'm my uterus. But today I have been passing clots. Soldiers this look like the sack??

It looks like what's called a Blighted Ovum. It's a type of miscarriage where the body thinks it's pregnant, you will go through all of the symptoms: morning sickness, tender breasts, the whole 9 yards. Your body will even grow a gestational sac, but "forgets" to grow a baby. Usually around 12-15 weeks the body realizes and discards the sac. 
I went through this about a month ago. The ultrasound showed the sac, but no baby.
 
One thing about a blighted ovum though, if it happens to you once, it is extremely rare that it ever happens again.

I would definitely go back to the doctor. This doesn't look normal.
