What has been your hardest week so far?

My LO will be 7 weeks tomorrow. He has been such a handful the last two weeks. I've read that weeks 6-8 are usually the most difficult.

The first two weeks were the worst for me because of the breastfeeding (my nipples are flat, so they tore and scabbed). Things have been so much easier since I started pumping + supplementing. Elias is 7 weeks old today and has been getting a lot fussier - hopefully just a growth spurt.

For me I feel like it was weeks 3-4 because that's when she seemed to start becoming more aware and thus fussier. The first two weeks she was really easy. She's eat and sleep all the time and getting her to sleep was no problem, she'd just doze off whenever and wherever. Around 3-4 weeks she started to need more soothing to get to sleep and required more structured naps. She's still definitely challenging though, and just as it seems I'm getting the hang of it, she throws me for a loop! Lol

My son turned 6 weeks this past Saturday & it has been crazy with crying being fussy & being clingy & not wanting to be put down we are going on week 7 this Saturday. Hoping he gets out of this little stage soon !!!

Totally agreed on the 6-8 weeks notion, and 9th week for me this week and I had a little cry today! Colic baby who wants to be held alllllllll day long xxx
