Odd PMS symptoms

eve says that diarrheoa is a normal PMS symptom but for me its the opposite! In the run up to my period I get constipated! I also experience Nausea/sickness and wondered who else gets that as a symptom! Hope I'm not alone 😂 if a majority dothey should deffo be added as log options!!
