Hair growth!

I have naturally curly hair (more like wavy & frizzy) it's just past shoulder length but it doesn't seem to grow! I use straighteners 2-3 times a week as I'd literally not be able to do anything with it! Anyone know how to make grow faster? I want to grow it long so that I could just wear it naturally without using any heat. Any ideas how to grow hair faster?
