GI changes at two weeks??

My baby started getting very fussy and crying uncontrollably. I feel and hear her tummy rumbleung from time to time. Is there some GI milestone that is happening at two weeks? She is breast and formula fed because I cannot supply enough for her. She was fine with the formula up until this point. Could something have changed?
