Worrying advice please.....

Ladies I am 11 weeks pregnant today, me and my bf had sex for the first time since finding out I was pregnant I have been to the toilet and wiped myself and there was a little pink blood there. Is this normal? Advice please as I am worrying like anything now! Xx
