Your hormones could be off. Even at a young age this can happen. If I were you, I'd take a look at my diet. Get rid of all trans fats (the bad fat) and replace it with fat found in natural foods like, raw milk, avocados and coconut oil (so many more examples, look them up!). Fat is ESSENTIAL to normal hormone release which is funny, because our society flees from fat for fear of becoming "fat". 
Don't flee from fat.
Also, try to eat lean, grass fed meat, incorporate multiple servings of fruits and veggies, and avoid processed sugar (and natural sugar- but less so) at all costs. "The Whole 30" diet is great for getting your hormones in check and replacing the foundation on which your health is built.

If after you've changed your diet/lifestyle you STILL don't notice an increase in energy and sex drive (which I seriously doubt), go to your doctor. They'll probably give you medicine to boost your energy. However, the reason you're feeling this way is because of an underlying issue. When you change your eating habits to consuming healthy, raw foods, you get rid of the issue completely. When you take medicine, you're just covering up the symptoms.
