Three periods in a month. Any insight?

Posted this a few minutes ago, meant to edit it and deleted it by accident. I usually have long cycles, 38-40 days. Check out this past month... Not sure what's up. The first two days was light spotting. Yesterday, spotting started again. In the most recent green fertile days, we had sex four times. I slacked on opks this month, just wanted to wing it. 16 months ttc.
