Carseat? Hospital bags? Help!

I am almost 34 weeks pregnant. It has been a healthy pregnancy this far, although I went into L&D for cramps and spotting 2 weeks ago but everything turned out to be fine.

My questions are, When should I install the baby's carseat in my car?
When should I get our hospital bags together?
Also, any advice on things to bring in the baby's bag/husband's/my bag that I might need.

I'd do the car seat pretty much now, that way you have time to get it inspected and it's ready if baby comes early. For your hospital bag check your hospitals website to see what they recommend. Other than that I'm packing like I normally would if I were going away for a night or two. But you're going to want to bring things like slippers a robe. Nursing nightgown. My hospital recommends bringing a nursing pillow. I'm bringing my own toiletries because I hate the toiletries hotels give and I'm assuming hospital toiletries wouldn't be any better but they will provide you some if you forget

I got everything set and done and I'm 34 weeks! I just have this gut feeling my baby girl is coming early and I want everything to be done! 
And if you have it all done already you won't have to be running around the house making sure you got everything whilllle your in labor and in pain. That doesn't sound fun at allll

I put my car seat in at 36 weeks and I have everything for a hospital bag but I haven't actually packed it. I should though, at 37 Weeks.

I tried installing our car seat at 36 wks, couldn't get it as tight as I want it so my husband is gonna fix it this weekend (we have a scheduled c section next Thursday)

I started packing my hospital bag around 32 weeks, slowly added to it as time went on. Finished that the other day.

We installed the car seat at 37 weeks and I packed baby's bag at the same time. I haven't packed mine yet because I still use all the stuff I want to bring on a regular basis, but I did throw some "emergency" stuff in my car in case my water breaks when I'm out (change of clothes, towel, big pads haha).

I had everything installed and packed for me hubs and baby by 32 weeks. And put everything in the car.

You can install the carseat now if you want and you could also pack your bag as well. I didn't pack and install until I was 37 weeks. ☺
