So today, while scrolling thru fb,I came across a pregnancy post about pre term labor...curious I scrolled thru the comment section and came across a comment that stated to not face your breasts towards the shower head while taking a shower....

Confused I asked why, and she responded that it promotes milk production, which releases a hormone in your body saying its time to feed, resulting in possible preterm labor....

Has anyone heard of this???

I mean, it seems like an old wises tale,but at the same time idk lol
