I've been having irregular cycles after I got off the depo shot last year in October 2015.I didn't Start my period till January of this year.From January to April my period started on the 28th of each month and stayed on from atleast 8-10 days but In May my cycle switched on me and started coming on on the 1st and lasted about 8 days so now this month my cycle suppose too came on on the 1st but it didn't come on well today and yesterday i've been having them cramps & headaches and woke up this morning feeling sick.Can someone tell me what should I do my cycle is 7 days late now !"
