I took those & my doctor said that they are good to take. But it didn't have enough follic acid that she wanted me to take . So I have to also take another type of just follic acid . 4 of this and a big prental was making me sick . So I found the dupe in the gummy version

They make me puke every time I take them switched to gummies than back to these because less sugar and stuff but Im 23 weeks and still puke from them. Just depend how your body reacts to them.
