Fair or not?

Question

So I'm 19 and currently living at home because I'm in college right now (hoping to be moved out by next year) and my mom is perfectly fine with that. I do not have a job at the moment but have been actively looking, so all in all, I stay home all day. I do mild cleaning such as dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the litter box but now I'm expected to do everything like a housemaid would. The house is a complete disaster because everyone leaves their crap everywhere but I'm sick of cleaning up everyone's messes! It's my mom, her boyfriend and my younger brother that live here, all perfectly capable of doing chores. Do you think it's fair that I have to do all of the housework just because I'm on summer break with no job right now? 
Edit: I forgot to mention, I'm fine with mild housework because it keeps me busy. I just don't agree with doing everything since there's 3 other able bodied people in the home. And even when I get a job, the house will still be a disaster if I don't clean. Drives me up the wall!!!
Edit #2: she's not paying for my college and she also does not give me money. I'm thankful she's letting me stay here at no cost, but I'm being taken advantage of. I'm not a maid
Emily I am looking for a job. But regardless I'd still be expected to do all the work. And I also make my own food and do not have a car and she doesn't pay my phone bill

Yes I think it is fair for your mom to expect you to do more chores, especially if she is paying for your college too?  You are living for free and not working that is pretty lucky. I think you should be grateful and do what your mom asks.

I feel like it's totally fair for you to have chores, especially since you don't contribute financially. I don't think it's fair for you to have to clean up after people constantly though. Everyone should keep up after themselves. That's just common courtesy.

Sounds like you are very lucky to have a family to live with while you are attending college. While you are on break I do think it's fair for you to take care of the house. Especially helping the people that are working. 
That doesn't mean they should take advantage of you though. They need to put their cloths in the hamper and dishes rinsed in the sink. They need to treat you well and not leave excessive messes. That would just show a lack of appreciation and recognition of the work you do.

It definitely sucks and I sympathize with you but it's fair. If you get a job and shit stays the same then complain but for now that's life. If they're all working its what's going to happen, if you don't want to be in that situation get a job or find somewhere else to live! I say this as a person who lived almost your exact situation and was the cleaner/cooker while not working. It sucked cleaning up after everyone when I didn't want to but it also sucks going to work every single day when you don't want to. It's life. Honestly consider yourself lucky you have a place to live free of charge! My mom would charge mean on top of the cleaning.

It must be irritating and annoying to have to clean up everyone's shit when they can do it themselves. However, the fact is you're not working and not paying rent, so just do it all out of love, because everyone else has worked all day. Maybe they're doing it intentionally so you don't get comfortable with doing nothing? That's what my mom did to me once. Good luck finding a job! :)

You have to realize, you paying rent would take at minimum four days or more of working. I personally think you should either clean most of the house or find a job. Do you have a car, phone bill, etc? How do you eat each day?

I would just find a job. And the only thing I would clean is the kitchen and the bathroom.  If mom is giving you money and feeding you I do think you should clean. It's not your house but she is not asking you for rent. 
Just my opinion and how my mom raised me. If your stating home all day the least you can do is clean the kitchen.
