Question about diva cup?
Does anyone else feel like they're is extra air when they use a menstrual cup? For me it's like a build up and causes pain before it goes away. It's a horrible feeling. Also, how do you get it out without it hurting? I try caving in the sides but it won't fold enough and it feels like I'm giving birth lol. Any suggestions??
