I'm currently 37w2d and my doc doesn't check for dilation until 39 unless I'm symptomatic. Well I have NO signs of baby. No mucus plug, no contractions, nothing. Does it just happen over night? I feel like she's never going to come. Every night I go to bed hoping I wake up with contractions or my water breaks lol I'm constantly checking for my mucus plug. Has anyone shown no signs then all of a sudden BAM! here comes baby ??
