Cramping is it bad?

So I'm 7 weeks and 2 days and recently I cramp when I eat, I dont know if it's because I eat too fast but also I cramp when I sleep on my side. Is there a reason I cramp? Is it bad?

May be its because of abdominal gas. I usually get such pain if dont eat at proper time

I had this problem when I first got prego. Unfortunately it usually means you are eating too much. I would try to cut on your portion sizes to see if it helps.
