So I hear everyone talking about all the benefits of evening primrose oil. I'm currently 38 wks and 5 days preg & started taking them orally a few days ago and today I put one in vaginally as directed by my doc. NO ONE TOLD ME THE MESS IT WOULD MAKE!!! I assumed it would drop a little here and there... Not that the WHOLE thing would drop out over the course of an hour or two. I had to change my whole bedding tonight 😂😩 anyways... I'm not a fan of inserting it vaginally anymore--too messy!!
