Hi ladies! Just posting to see if anyone else has been through this before - came off bc in March, first cycle was 40 days long (didn't temp as I thought I would just let my body regulate itself). My chart for my second cycle is attached - I had reasonably low bbt at the beginning of my cycle, had a cold CDs 23 - 31 (so a lot of breathing through my mouth, low bbt). After my cold I stopped temping and imagined AF would arrive around CD40 again. CD 36 I had EWCM so started temping again, and days 37-42 I've had higher temps and watery CF. FF hasn't confirmed ovulation, says I am still waiting for it, but also says based on my temps OV could have occurred between CD 17 and CD 40. I thought that temps rose after OV? I'm not using OPKs yet and believe me, next month I'll be temping everyday. If you've read all this, you're a star. Anyone else been through a weird patch after BC? Any way to tell if OV has already occurred? I'm 27, ttc #1, had regular cycles before 6 years of BC. Best of luck and baby dust to everyone!
