Has anyone tried Vitex before? I have a history of ovarian cyst, and irregular periods. I've been on birth control for about 5 to 6 years to help regulate my period and to prevent any future cyst. I've been ttc for a year now I got off of birth control months before ttc. My periods were regular several months after being off the pill, then it became days late, then weeks late at a time. I've tried preseed, prenatals and ovulation test nothing works. I've read reviews about vitex, how it can regulate your period and help with ovulation. Has anyone had any luck with the vitex or products similar? if so please share your story.
