Since I've given birth naturally.. my period ain't shit. Lol my pain scale is permenantly altered.

I think mine are terrible just because of now long I get them. 5 days before my period, all 6 days of bleeding, then a couple of days after. I have to take some sort of pain reliever or I can't get through my day during the worst of it.

I've always found my cramps really hard to measure because it's such a different type of pain than anything else. It becomes such a part of my body that I tend to think it's not as bad as it actually is and then I move and I'm like nooooope that's definitely awful.
