I get debilitating cramps and mood swings (crying, depressing, anxiety, hating people) thought my menstrual cycle and have been looking for a form of birth control that will help me not have kids and also manage my cramps without causing depressing/anxiety. My doc suggested Mirena but after reading everything, I'm scared. Would love to hear other people's experiences. Thank you!!
