Are you allowed to lay on your back while having sex? We've tried everything but the back position is the most relaxed position for me... 
This is our FIRST time having sex this whole pregnancy so let's hope we get baby girl out!!  getting cramps.

Yes you are *Allowed to lay on your back. Whatever's comfortable. They just advise to not sleep on your back but when you think about it you do lay on your back during all ultrasounds.

I prop myself up with lots of pillows so I'm not flat on my back, mainly because it isn't comfortable.
