Ugh time be honest you just have to test. I've been a week late, with cramps then af  shows. 
From previous post of others mostly all stated they had period like cramps

Same. Day 2 of being late. Just took a hcg test & BFN!! 😭😭 Wish I wouldn't have taken a test now! I've done this before where I've been a couple days late every so often so I should've known!
