I went to my OBGYN appointment today to get checked (I was due June 5th) and I have not progressed at all. I'm a fingertip dialated and was told she couldn't do a membrane sweep quite yet. I can't believe I've made no progress! We've tried sex, walking A LOT (was actually at the gym for 1.5 hours yesterday walking at an incline), bouncing on my yoga ball, taking hot showers, nipple stimulation...I was advised to start taking evening prime rose capsules so I went and bought a bottle at market of choice and am home now laying down since I put two in vaginally and took two orally as well. Hoping this helps because I'm really trying to avoid being induced😞
