I removed my IUD in october....but havent tried to concieve until last few weeks......my period was only 3 days and light.....and now after a week of no period i had light spotting today.....and experiencing too much fatigue.....my period isnt due for 20 more days......should i wait to test? or go to hospital to check why spotting?
