Question about ftd

Okay so we are both first timers, both 24. I stay at home with my 7 week old all day. My husband works full time. He comes home and of course be rarely helps me. He says I love you but it's the cruise control I love you. I feel like a single mom. I do the cleaning and watching the baby all day. So my conversations mostly consist of baby babble all day. He rarely sits next to me, always on his phone, only giving me attention if I ask, but he's had trouble in the past of not being very affectionate either. He doesn't even want to hold the baby unless I ask him to. Then he rocks him and just puts him in the swing or bassinet. I don't know if he's not connecting to him or what. I thought he'd be so excited to be a dad but I feel like he doesn't like him. Does anyone else have this issue?
