I was driving along the freeway, and I past my ex, my ex speed up and got in front of me and caved me in, and then started doing 10ks under the limit - by this stage I was fuming.. My ex was with their friend who was in the passenger seat.

I had my friend in the car also, and I was heading to my appointment. 

As I finally got Infront of them as I needed to turn off, my ex followed me, and was msging me and abusing me asking where I'm going, and I'm a lying c*nt, and when am I gonna stop.. My ex continued to call and message my phone.. By this point I was so over whelmed and my anxiety was through the roof. My ex kept following me, and when I was about to turn down the street my appointment was at, my ex didn't pull up next to me, they were on the other side but not up to the line near the lights.. And then drove off, and called and msging me abusing me .. I am trying so hard not reply .. But it's so hard :( 

What should I do? I am feeling really down and upset over this .. And i know I can't dwell on it to much cause it will ruin me..
