Maybe I'm just over stressing but here it goes.

I just recently found out I'm pregnant and before I knew I was already feeling extremely tired and super short of breath but I thought that could be because I was born with a heart condition and also have High blood pressure. Now these past few weeks work has been overwhelming is kinda physical ( I work in food service) but in the past few days I've noticed I'm getting a pain in my right arm, all along my arm and my hands get super cold and already from my health condition I tend to turn a bit purple-ish.

( Even talking is getting feeling out of breath)

So tomorrow I work a 9 hour shift which is my typical shift and I keep wondering if I should call off and give my body a break. My manager knows I'm pregnant ( I told her since I've known her forever and I felt it was good to let her know)

i really want to get checked as soon as possible but I have to get insurance..Had some long story and don't anymore so I will try for Medicaid and pray to God it comes quick, I will have to be on top of them till I get it or if you ladies know anything else I can do about that please let me know.

So I'm wondering am I being too paranoid or should I really pay attention to my body and take that break ( I'm already off the next two days) and I honestly feel awful if I call out because I don't wanna feel like I'm using the pregnancy card but I'm concerned about making sure my baby and my body are keeping up and I feel like I wanna explain this to my manager but is like idk how.
